RESIDENTIAL LODGE OWNERSHIP
At Long Hazel Lodges you can be involved in the design process of your lodge. We will introduce you to our manufacturers who will discuss your living needs at their factory before purchase. Furniture packages are available to furnish your new interior.
All lodge plots have space for decking and patios and this can be designed around your requirements. External space may also be used for a storage shed and space under the lodge as a storage facility. Secure parking bays are adjacent to lodges and our main gates are locked at night.
All lodges are adaptable for a variety of disabilities and can be built with access ramps, wider doors and purpose built bathrooms with grab rails and seated showers. Kitchen units can be lowered for wheelchair users and power points and light switches can be installed to meet your needs.
An external 16 amp power socket is available outside each lodge and this can be used to charge electric vehicles or mobility scooters.
We sell lodges fully compliant with BS3632:2015 for the over 50s. For VAT purposes HMRC recognise these lodges as zero rated. You can choose to provide your own free standing furniture if you wish which will save you 20% VAT on the manufacturers standard furniture package.
